Maybank TREATS Points Devaluation

April 8, 2015 by Sze Hau Leave a Comment

Maybank TREATS Points are going to depretiate again. You will need more points to make a redemption after 1st of May 2015. Before 1st of May 2015, 250 points are valued at RM1.00, after 1st of May 2015, 400 points will be valued at RM1.

Below is the message from Maybank website:

Dear valued customers,

Kindly be informed that the new effective date for the points redemption revision is 1 May 2015. The table below depicts the affected redemption conversion.

Maybank Treats Points Devaluation

It’s time to change the TREATS points to something before they depreciated. I used to use the points to redeem Aeon/Jusco cash voucher (never expired!) and I think it has the best value if compared to other things like gadgets.
