For some reasons, you may want to change your name for your personal or premier PayPal account. One of the problems most people may face is the arrangement of “first name” and “last name”.
The arrangement of “first name” and “last name” in different countries might be different. For example in Malaysia, banks put an account holder as “first name” “last name”. But in PayPal, the account payee name is in this order “last name” “first name”.
After you have registered a PayPal account, you are not allowed to change the account name. In order to change the account name, you will need to make a request to PayPal and at the same time you need to show proves, that the name you want to change to is actually your name.
